The Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) is pleased to introduce an exciting new program at the Anzac Recreation Centre presented by Nexen Energy, a CNOOC Limited company!
AATB Fun Day is a program designed to offer local youth an opportunity to engage in social, recreational and cultural experiences at the Anzac Recreation Centre presented by Nexen Energy. Thanks to the partnership of Architecture|Arndt Tkalcic Bengert (AATB), the RRC is proud to present this program to the youth of Anzac and the surrounding area.
The one-hour AATB Fun Day program will be held on Wednesdays and will include fun activities such as dodgeball, badminton and basketball, as well as activities centred on the visual and performing arts. There will be 25 AATB Fun Days annually, allowing youth to engage in a wide variety of activities designed to encourage their involvement in sport, recreation and culture while building positive relationships with their peers.
The Regional Recreation Corporation AATB Fun Day leaders will guide the youth participants through all the events and activities, promoting health and wellness through recreation, sport and culture.
